Job Description:
LEC Group is seeking a Senior HR Executive to join their team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in HR operations and in-depth knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, contributing to the company’s human resources strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law in all HR practices.
- Lead recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Address employee grievances effectively and provide resolution guidance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvement strategies.
- Enhance employee engagement by implementing innovative initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Expertise in recruitment, grievance handling, performance evaluation, and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
- Transfer of sponsorship is mandatory.
