Job Description:

Al Khor Group is seeking a Sales Head to lead its sales team in the Heavy Vehicle, Equipment Rental, and Transportation sectors. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership skills and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Oversee the sales team and ensure targets are met.
• Identify new business opportunities in the heavy vehicle and equipment rental market.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Heavy Vehicle, Equipment Rental, and Transportation.
• Proven track record of sales and team leadership.
• Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
• Possession of Qatar ID and NOC is required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
