Job Description:
Pinnacle HR Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to oversee and enhance the company's HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve workforce productivity.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update HR systems and databases.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in HR roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR metrics, systems, and Qatar labor laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
