Job Description:
A reputed company in Qatar is looking for a Mechanical/Electrical Workshop Supervisor with extensive experience to oversee workshop operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the mechanical and electrical workshop.
- Plan and allocate work schedules, ensuring timely project completion.
- Supervise and train technicians to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain inventory and procurement for workshop tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 12+ years in a mechanical/electrical workshop supervisory role.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Nationality: Indian or Sri Lankan male candidates are preferred.
- Driving License: A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Availability: Candidates must be available to join immediately.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
