Job Description:
The Safety Representative will ensure safety compliance and maintain standards across operations in the Oil & Gas industry. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to Qatar Energy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce safety policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
• Provide safety training and awareness programs to employees.
• Liaise with Qatar Energy and maintain compliance with their standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with NEBOSH IGC + Level 6 certification.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Qatar Energy-approved candidate.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Expertise in safety management and risk assessment.
