Job Description:
The IT Officer will provide end-user support and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, switches, access points, and POS systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills and ensure seamless operation of IT systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for end-users and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, firewalls, and networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot POS systems and access points.
• Ensure network and data security compliance.
• Document and maintain IT procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in Information Technology.
• 4-7 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

• Expertise in server and storage systems.
• Familiarity with firewall configurations and network switches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
