A reputed company is urgently hiring an Assistant Procurement Officer cum Coordinator with expertise in construction materials and proven experience in procurement processes. The ideal candidate will handle procurement tasks, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the timely delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities for construction materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure compliance with procurement standards.
- Maintain and update records using Tally and Microsoft Office.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials availability.
- Assist in vendor negotiations and manage contracts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in the GCC.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Tally and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of procurement processes and construction materials.
- Visa Requirements: Must have a transferable visa with NOC and be ready to join immediately.
