Job Description:

A reputed company in Qatar is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead its showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG sector, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure smooth functionality.
• Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure the showroom is well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked with the required inventory.
• Build strong customer relationships and handle client inquiries effectively.
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within Qatar’s FMCG sector.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred Nationalities: Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and other Southeast Asian nationals.
