Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to oversee architectural projects and contribute creative vision and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural design and the real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Develop innovative architectural designs aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise project teams and provide guidance on technical and creative aspects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Arch or equivalent.
• Certifications: UPDA certification is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
• Strong technical and creative skills in architectural design.
• Understanding of the real estate business and industry trends.
