Job Description:
Lulu Rayyan Group is urgently seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain IT systems, provide technical support, and ensure the seamless operation of critical IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.
• Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and FTP systems.
• Perform data backup and implement cloud solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems.
• Ensure the security and performance of IT infrastructure.
• Assist with IT-related tasks across various departments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, SAP, and cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with managing AD, DNS, DHCP, and FTP services.
• A valid Qatar driving license is an added advantage.
