Job Description:
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing and coordinating sales activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, and be proficient in computer applications.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage sales activities and schedules
- Communicate with clients and customers to address inquiries and provide information
- Prepare and maintain sales documents and reports
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
- Maintain customer databases and update records regularly
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales
Qualifications and Skills:
- Female candidate under Husband’s/Father’s Sponsorship
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) are a must
- Qatari driving license is preferable but not mandatory
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination role or similar
