Job Description:
- Manage and supervise daily retail operations for luxury watches and crystals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
- Train and guide sales staff to ensure exceptional customer service.

- Handle inventory management and ensure the showroom is well-maintained.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
