Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to create and manage 3D models for façade projects. The BIM Modeler will work closely with project teams to produce accurate and detailed models for construction.

Responsibilities:

• Create and modify BIM models for façade projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and quality.
• Maintain model documentation and update as needed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in façade projects.
• Proficient in BIM software, especially Revit.

Skills:

• Strong modeling and drafting skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
