Job Description:
The Helper role involves assisting skilled workers with various on-site tasks, including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup. This role is suited for individuals who are highly motivated and adaptable to different tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled team members in their daily duties.
- Transport materials and equipment across the site.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Follow safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Helper in the oil and gas field.
- Valid QID with NOC for sponsorship transfer.
- Ready to join immediately and complete a trade test if required.
Skills:
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of safety practices.
- Physically fit for manual labor.
