Job Description:
The MEP Supervisor will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on-site. This role involves ensuring that MEP projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to design specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise MEP teams and ensure work is completed according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other teams to align on project schedules.
• Monitor and inspect MEP installations and repairs.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Prepare regular progress reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision.
• Familiarity with MEP systems and construction processes.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MEP-related software.
• Knowledge of safety protocols.
