Job Description:
A reputed construction company in Qatar is urgently seeking a Nurse with experience in the construction industry to join immediately. The role requires providing medical assistance and first aid services on-site and ensuring the health and safety of employees. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling workplace health emergencies, especially in construction environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees on-site.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor employee well-being.
- Maintain medical records and reports of incidents and treatments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Support the safety team in implementing health and safety initiatives.
- Manage medical supplies and equipment on-site.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in construction companies.
- Valid First Aid Certificate.
- Experience working in Qatar’s construction industry is highly preferred.
- Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle medical emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
