Job Description:
The Mechanical Technician will handle the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical systems in the facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Keep records of maintenance and repair work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management (FM) or mechanical systems.
• Diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

Common Requirements for All Positions
