ELV Technical Officer

Job Description:
The ELV Technical Officer will oversee the ELV systems' operations, maintenance, and repair processes, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise ELV technicians and maintenance work.
- Plan and implement ELV system upgrades and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct inspections and audits of ELV systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management (FM) or ELV systems.
- Certification in ELV systems or related field.
Skills:
- Strong supervisory and technical skills.
- Knowledge of ELV system regulations.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Common Requirements for All Positions
