Job Description:
LACASA is looking for a skilled Senior Resident Engineer to join our prestigious consultancy firm in Dubai. This position requires a professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and site management, focused on ensuring project success through meticulous planning and oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Lead site engineering activities, supervising contractors and construction teams to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure project alignment with design specifications, regulations, and client expectations.
• Manage project timelines and budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Prepare and present progress reports and provide technical advice to resolve on-site challenges.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 6 years in the UAE or Qatar.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.
