Job Description:
LACASA, a prominent engineering and architectural consultancy firm in the UAE, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Architect to join our team in Dubai. We are looking for an individual with a robust architectural background and regional experience to manage and oversee site operations, ensuring project compliance with architectural standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee site activities, ensuring that all architectural aspects meet company standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with construction teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to design and site operations.
- Ensure that projects align with timelines, quality expectations, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress assessments, and ensure all documents and records are accurately maintained.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 6 years in the UAE or Qatar.
Skills and Competencies:
