Job Description:
Al Kazem Group is urgently seeking a Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. This role requires fluency in English, a valid Qatari driving license, and a transferable visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials, supplies, and services as needed, ensuring the best value and quality for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient procurement processes.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate offers, terms, and prices.
- Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers, including cost, delivery, and quality requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill procurement needs on time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement role.
- Age range: 25-35 years old.
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Qatari driving license.
- Transferable visa is a must.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
