Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Supervisor - Online Leak Sealing to join our team in Qatar. The role involves assisting with line freezing, hot tapping, leak sealing, and corrosion protection services for various oil and gas projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying leaks, repairing leaking components, and ensuring proper maintenance and communication related to equipment changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing line freezing, hot tapping, leak sealing, and corrosion protection services.
- Identify and tag leaks, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Make the first attempt to repair leaking components to prevent further damage.
- Maintain daily reports and communicate any equipment changes with office personnel.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations and completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leak sealing, hot tapping, line freezing, or related services within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven experience in leak sealing operations and corrosion protection.
- Understanding of safety protocols and procedures in oil and gas environments.
Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Good communication skills for report writing and interaction with office staff.
- Knowledge of leak detection tools and equipment used in the oil and gas sector.
