Position: Foreman for Linoleum & Vinyl Works

Location: Doha , Qatar

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar as a Foreman in linoleum and vinyl works.
• Transferable Visa and NOC are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of workers in linoleum and vinyl installation projects.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to meet project specifications.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality control.
• Interpret and execute detailed drawings and plans.
• Monitor safety compliance and promote a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Maintain records of work progress and report to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in the linoleum and vinyl installation industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
