Job Description:
A reputed Italian restaurant in Qatar is looking for a dedicated Waitress to join the front-of-house team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hospitality industry, excellent customer service skills, and a good understanding of Italian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering questions about menu items.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality standards.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Qualifications:

• Valid QID and NOC.
• Food handling certification is required.
