Job Description:
Our esteemed Italian restaurant in Qatar is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a high-quality dining experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for Italian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Italian cuisine or similar hospitality environment.
• Valid QID and NOC.
• Food handling certification is required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
