Our esteemed Italian restaurant in Qatar is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a high-quality dining experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for Italian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
- Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Italian cuisine or similar hospitality environment.
- Valid QID and NOC.
- Food handling certification is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
