Job Description:
We are hiring a Workshop In-Charge/Supervisor to manage our automotive workshop operations, ensuring that all activities align with company standards for quality and efficiency. Candidates must have a background in garage and parts management and be able to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, including repair and maintenance schedules.
• Manage parts inventory and procurement to support timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the workshop.
• Supervise and train workshop staff, fostering skill development and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide updates on vehicle service and repair status.
• Maintain accurate records of services, inventory, and employee performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workshop or garage management.
• Transferable visa and valid Qatar driving license.
• Proficient in English and Arabic communication skills (Indian nationality preferred).
