Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve operations within our Car Rental and Facility Management divisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both car rental services and facility management, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations in the car rental and facility management departments.
- Oversee fleet management, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and available for customer needs.
- Coordinate facility management tasks, including scheduling, maintenance, and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Lead and train staff, fostering a team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in car rental and facility management.
- Transferable visa and valid Qatar driving license.
- Strong command of English and Arabic communication skills.
