Job Description:
Madre ME is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Rail Electrification (REL) Civil Technician to join our team. This role requires technical expertise in rail electrification systems, particularly with high-voltage systems and SCADA hardware, ensuring seamless and efficient operation of Qatar’s rail infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of 11kV and 750VDC systems.
- Operate and maintain Overhead Catenary Systems (OCS) and associated SCADA hardware.
- Utilize CMMS software to monitor, track, and manage maintenance tasks and system performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of rail electrification components.
- Diagnose and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Collaborate with the team on projects and system upgrades as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Technician specializing in rail electrification or similar infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency with 11kV and 750VDC systems, OCS Systems, and SCADA hardware.
- Familiarity with CMMS Software for maintenance management.
- Valid Qatar Driving License.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of high-voltage rail systems and SCADA operations.
- Proficient in using CMMS software for maintenance management.
