Job Description:
We are hiring skilled Multi-Technicians to handle HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance across various facilities. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure all systems are operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in equipment and systems.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new systems as required.
• Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to resolve issues.
• Document all maintenance activities and update service logs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Gulf experience in a similar role within Facility Management.
• Certification or diploma in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing is preferred.
• Transferable visa is required.

Skills:

• Proficiency in HVAC and basic electrical/plumbing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
