Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable BMS Operator to monitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal building performance. The role requires experience in using BMS software and equipment to oversee and maintain efficient facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Analyze system data and make adjustments to improve building efficiency.
• Respond to system alarms and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain BMS records, logs, and reports on building conditions and performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs or adjustments as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Gulf experience as a BMS Operator in Facility Management.
• Diploma or certification in BMS or a related field is preferred.
• Transferable visa is required.

Skills:

• Proficiency in BMS software and related equipment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to respond quickly and accurately to system alerts.
