Job Description:
Gulf Facility Management Services is looking for experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal climate control within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heaters, and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and ensure timely repairs.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with system upgrades and modifications as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Gulf experience in HVAC systems, preferably within Facility Management.
• HVAC certification or diploma is preferred.
• Transferable visa is required.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC system diagnostics and repairs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
