Job Description:
Gulf Facility Management Services is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations across various facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient maintenance, compliance with industry standards, and seamless facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily MEP operations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Inspect systems and equipment for operational efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare reports, manage schedules, and track MEP project milestones.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor in the Gulf region, specifically in Facility Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Valid transferable visa is required.
