Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with deep expertise in the consumer durables industry. The Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales professionals, setting targets, creating strategies, and ensuring the team meets its goals. This role requires strong leadership and a strategic approach to market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team in meeting and exceeding targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to the management.
Qualifications:
- Age: 30-40 years.
- 10-15 years of relevant sales management experience in Qatar’s consumer durables market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
