Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Supermarket Staff Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise supermarket staff.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and the store is clean and organized.
• Handle customer complaints and queries.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Train and mentor new staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
