Job Description:
GMRS Consultants is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and have a strong background in business development and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, including markets, partnerships, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored business proposals and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong network within the local market and a deep understanding of client needs.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
