Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Female Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and will be responsible for managing daily office activities, supporting staff, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office tasks, including handling phone calls, emails, and administrative support for the team.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- Female candidates of Indian or Filipino nationality are preferred.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills, with fluency in English.
