Location: Doha , Qatar

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description: We are urgently hiring Quantity Surveyors (QS) for various ongoing projects. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in quantity surveying and be prepared to contribute immediately to our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost breakdowns.
• Monitor project expenditures and financial performance to ensure compliance with budgets.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve cost-related issues.
• Assist in contract administration and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quantity surveying for construction projects.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Local hiring only (candidates must be based in Qatar).
• Immediate availability to start work.
