Job Description:
A reputed Italian restaurant in Qatar is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain exceptional service standards. The candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management, with a focus on Italian cuisine.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff management and service quality.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the quality of food and service.
- Handle staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory, orders, and supplies management.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a professional kitchen or hotel environment.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and fine dining service.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid QID, NOC, and a Food Handling Certificate.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and MS Office.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
