Job Description:
A reputed private firm in Qatar is urgently seeking Female Admin/Marketing Executives with strong administrative and marketing experience. The ideal candidate must be a native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English, possess a valid Qatar driving license, and have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Qatar.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, campaigns, and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company's services and products.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for the office and marketing projects.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar admin or marketing role in Qatar.
  • Proven experience in managing administrative and marketing tasks simultaneously.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
