Job Description:
A reputed private firm in Qatar is urgently seeking Female Admin/Marketing Executives with strong administrative and marketing experience. The ideal candidate must be a native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English, possess a valid Qatar driving license, and have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management.
- Support marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, campaigns, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company's services and products.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for the office and marketing projects.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar admin or marketing role in Qatar.
- Proven experience in managing administrative and marketing tasks simultaneously.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
Visa Requirements:
- NOC required with a transferable visa.
