A Leading Catering Services Company in Qatar is Hiring for Multiple Positions:
1. Cook Assistant
- Responsibilities: Assist in food preparation, follow chef’s instructions, maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in catering. Basic knowledge of kitchen procedures and hygiene practices.
2. Commis II & Commis I
- Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients, cook simple dishes, maintain cleanliness, assist in food preparation.
- Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a similar role within catering/hospitality. Basic cooking skills required.
3. Demi Chef De Partie
- Responsibilities: Assist the Chef De Partie in the preparation of dishes, oversee commis chefs, and ensure food quality.
- Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in the same role, ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
4. Chef De Partie
- Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty, manage a section of the kitchen.
- Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of cooking techniques, leadership skills.
5. Senior Chef De Partie
- Responsibilities: Oversee a team of cooks, ensure quality standards, manage kitchen operations in the absence of sous chefs.
- Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience, strong leadership, and organizational skills.
6. Junior Sous Chef (Arabic Speaker)
- Responsibilities: Support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality and consistency.
- Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in catering, fluent in Arabic and English, leadership skills.
7. Catering Site Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)
- Responsibilities: Oversee catering services at the site, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage staff.
- Qualifications: 3+ years of supervisory experience, fluent in Arabic, knowledge of catering operations.
8. Senior Catering Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)
- Responsibilities: Supervise catering operations, ensure adherence to food safety regulations, and manage the team.
- Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role, fluent in Arabic and English, leadership skills.
9. Catering Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)
- Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day catering services, ensure food quality and service standards are met.
- Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in catering, fluent in Arabic, excellent organizational skills.
10. Head Waiter (Arabic Speaker)
- Responsibilities: Supervise waitstaff, ensure timely and quality service, manage customer service issues.
- Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, fluent in Arabic and English, strong interpersonal skills.
11. Cleaning Supervisor
- Responsibilities: Supervise cleaning staff, ensure cleanliness standards, manage cleaning schedules.
- Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in cleaning management, strong attention to detail.
12. Storekeeper & Storekeeper Assistant
- Responsibilities: Manage inventory, stock control, and supplies. Ensure timely delivery of kitchen materials.
- Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in inventory management, attention to detail, organizational skills.
13. Food Safety and Hygiene Officer
- Responsibilities: Ensure all food safety regulations are followed, monitor hygiene standards, conduct audits.
- Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in food safety, knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
14. Senior Food Safety and Hygiene Officer
- Responsibilities: Lead the food safety team, ensure compliance with food safety standards, conduct training for staff.
- Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in food safety, strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of food safety standards.
15. Sous Chef
- Responsibilities: Oversee kitchen operations, assist the Executive Chef, manage kitchen staff, ensure food quality.
- Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent cooking skills, leadership abilities.
16. Executive Sous Chef
- Responsibilities: Lead the kitchen team, develop new recipes, ensure food quality, and manage kitchen operations.
- Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role, leadership experience, strong culinary skills.
Job Requirements (For All Positions):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the catering industry.
- Must hold a valid Qatar ID with NOC to transfer sponsorship.
- Candidates should be ready to join within 2-4 weeks.
