Job Overview:
A reputed Facility Management Company in Qatar is urgently hiring a Female Camp Boss to manage a camp and ensure the well-being of its residents. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing accommodation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of facilities.
• Manage and resolve any issues or concerns of the camp residents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding camp operations and resident concerns.
• Coordinate with the management and other departments to meet the needs of the camp residents.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in managing large accommodation facilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Must have a transferable visa with NOC.
