Merchandiser

Job Overview:
A well-established hypermarket in Qatar is urgently hiring a Merchandiser to ensure products are displayed attractively and managed effectively within the store. The candidate must have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and 2-5 years of relevant experience in retail merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and arrange products on shelves to maximize visibility and sales.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure the right stock is available.
• Analyze sales data to identify best-selling items and adjust displays accordingly.
• Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and comply with store standards.
• Assist in promotional activities, including setting up displays for special offers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification of 12th grade or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in merchandising within a retail or hypermarket environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and basic knowledge of stock management.
