Job Overview:
A leading hypermarket in Doha is looking for a Supervisor with a degree and 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail sector. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store activities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper inventory management and store organization.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.
• Train and support new employees to meet store standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or hypermarket environments.
