Job Overview:
A reputed hypermarket in Qatar is seeking a Finance Manager with a CA qualification to oversee the financial operations and ensure the financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in managing financial accounts and developing financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the hypermarket, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and manage costs.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue streams, and expenditures to ensure financial stability.
• Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial laws.
• Provide financial insights and reports to senior management for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools such as ERP systems.
