Job Overview:
A leading hypermarket in Qatar is urgently hiring an experienced Operation Manager with an MBA to oversee the daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the store. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in retail management and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of the hypermarket, ensuring efficient performance in all departments.
• Manage staff scheduling, customer service standards, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate store performance, providing reports to higher management.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Address customer complaints and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Ensure that all safety and hygiene standards are met within the store.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field.
