Job Overview:
Pleasant Facility Management, a leading facility management company, is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating units.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and ensure timely repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in various facility environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Transferable visa with NOC is required.
